Détail / Detail (texte extrait des Explications des planches) 8. Tas percé d'un trou carré, pour recevoir le morceau d'acier destiné à être contrepoinçonné. Ce poinçon est retenu et pressé par les vis entre les parois du tas. Celui-ci se monte sur un pied de bois. 8. Stake with a square hollow in the middle to hold the steel while it is counter-punched. The punch is pressed against two inner walls of the stake by the screws. This instrument is intended to be mounted on a block of wood.
